Is Boredom Really That Bad? Did you know that boredom can trigger creativity? Being bored is what most people fear, but could being bored be an essential part of life? Many studies have found that being bored can bring you and those around you together while also helping you to keep in touch with your emotions. Imagine you're on a family vacation and your phone is sadly left on your bed at home. Scary right? Not entirely. By being involved in family outings and activities, it could actually bring people together. Studies have shown that children feel less familiarity, trust, comfort, and love from their parents because of the disconnect due to the increased use of technology.
