Is Algebra Important

No it should not be taught because kids get taught this useless information and when they get into the real world they have no clue what to do like pay taxes or get a mortgage if they could afford it but the use their minds math that won't even help them and most of the time they are struggling in algebra instead i believe that when you get out of high school you can go to college and take classes for algebra if you choose instead of it taking up space for teachers to show their students on stuff that will really apply to the real world will this help In my opinion Absolutely and there are hundreds of thousands hgh school kids for this exact reason algebra is just too hard and articles that i have read said if we don't teach the young generation how to pay mortgages and taxes and pay bills then the future of this world is gonna be a living mess it will probably look like a real life version of the walking dead (except The zombies) But there are also bad sides to this for instance the grade standards will be lower which will be a problem because it competes in the global economy algebra is also needed for science courses such as physics chemistry and biology and algebra has helped many student attain successful careers in mechanics and other things that require that level of math but that still …show more content…
But if you are smart enough like have a masters degree for Science or something and apply a job for labs or be a really smart computer programmer and you can help make games that can make millions of dollars daily or make stupid videos on the internet and make 4000 dollars every video b ut those jobs can take a lot of effort and sometimes that effort doesent pay off and NONE of those jobs take algebra to acomplish and the few jobs there are that take lgebra Are A LOT harder to find whats also insane is that over 6 million high school student and 2 million COLLEGE student fail with algebra every year and since algebra has made that be the AVERAGE for every year
