Dr. Alfred B exclaims, “I have learned from my earliest medical education that human life begins at the time of conception…. I submit that human life is present throughout this entire sequence from conception to adulthood and that any interruption at any point throughout this time constitutes a termination of human life” in the article Scientists Attest to Life Beginning at Conception. Showing that human life begins at the moment of conception. If it is considered an unethical issue worth sending someone to life in prison for killing of a human being on a daily basis, then the murder of an unborn child, is just as unethical. By allowing so many people to have abortions this is robbing so many unborn children with the beauty of life and ability to grow and accomplish things. The killing of any human at any given age is morally wrong but by killing a child before they even experience an ounce of the world is just …show more content…
According Americanpregnacny.org abortion can cause “Heavy or persistent bleeding, infection, sepsis, damage to the cervix,
Scarring of the uterine lining, Perforation of the uterus. Damage to other organs or Death.” In addition to all the physical damage that can be done through abortion there is also a big emotional factor that must be taken in consideration. It can be from mere regret to full on depression. The mothers would have to live with the thought of the child they could have had throughout their life. It is something that cannot be simply escaped like the original though of abortion implies. All in all, abortion is considered emotionally and ethically wrong on many levels. The preplanned killing of an unborn child should not be just considered as a mere day everyday thing, it needs to be considered as a crime just like all the other murders of humans. Just like stated earlier the mother should take full on responsibility for the result of her actions, I do understand that some situations like rape might hinder her from wanting her to keep the child but adoption should be considered her first choice. Not only is abortion just plain wrong for killing of an unborn child but, it also harms the mother with many physical and emotional damages. Overall, no one should be allowed to upright kill their child, their mothers were given the same options towards them but decided to allow

The idea of ending a life can, in some peoples’ minds, seem like nothing more than heartless murder. On the other hand, there is an argument that life does not necessarily start at conception; therefore, it is up to the mother, whose status as having life is indisputable, who should have complete control over her body. While both of these arguments have merit, abortion, in its very nature, is ethically and objectively immoral. Abortion is objectively and morally wrong because at its very core, abortion is the willful ending of a life.…

Singers ‘one major objection’ refers to the ethical argument concerning abortion, through exploring the differentiation between a fetus and a newborn baby. The liberal argument expresses the view of that it is acceptable to kill a fetus up to a certain point but has adverse feeling towards killing a baby that is able to live outside the womb. Singer (1979, p.122) argues that if a fetus does not have the same claim to life neither does a newborn baby, even one that of a week-year-old. He previously stated the life of a fetus has no greater value than the life of an animal, maintaining that an animal and a fetus has the same level of rationality, self-consciousness, awareness, and capacity to feel. As an adult person, we own this capacity to…

Over the last few decades, there has been much controversy over pro-life v pro-choice. Many believe that it is a woman’s right to do with her body what she will, including the choice to terminate the baby growing inside of her, but I disagree. Abortion is murder.
