The Large intestine is the waste product of the digestive system, absorbs water and vitamins while converted digested food into feces. IBS is a disorder that affects large intestine. Patient’s with Irritable bowel syndrome experience bloating, diarrhea, pain rectal bleeding, constipation and weight loss. Stress, processed food, an environmental factor can affect the natural movement of the large intestine. It can be triggered by various stimuli such as stress or environmental factor. During stimulation the intestine contracts too hard or not enough, which caused the partially digested food travels too fast or too slow through the digestive system. Diarrhea is caused by movement that is too fast because the small amount of water is reabsorbed in the large digestive system. The slower the food moves through the large digestive intestine, the more the colon absorbs water which makes the feces become more dry and hard.
