the gunslinger came awake from a confused dream which seemed to consist of a single image : that of the sailor in the tarot deck from which the man in black had dealt the gunslingers own moaning future. He makes the decision that he will have to kill the black figures and steal there stuff. He tries to be quiet but he steps on a branch and the figures teleport right in his face sort of all backing him a corner. They conversate in there native langue and one of them gets killed suddenly by a golden bow and they all freeze. Its marten wearing jakes dead golden dragon body. After an intense battle only 2 black figures left while there brothers lay dead.Marten tells the figures you’re now my slaves and will do what say. They both spit and Marten chops both heads off with one swift motion. The gunslinger tried to run off with the inventory but marten grabs him and breaks both arms. Marten opens the sack filled with supplies and pull out a pin which he didnt know was a special time grenade. Martens body completely blows everywhere. Roland grabs martens head and keeps it in a sack. Roland wakes up panicking and sweaty then jake appears and tells him “there are other worlds than these” jake then kills roland and eats his
