The employees can also be given compensation in case one has been injured in the working area so that they can foot their medical bills effectively or be treated by the company through a medical insurance scheme. Verbal appreciation is another alternative that can work magic for the Iron Works Company because nothing that works magic more than any other. This can correct the problem of a dejected employee feeling, as well as embarking on performance assessments (Batton Kaput, 2014).
