The reporter stated he doesn't want the report done in the county because everyone knows everyone. He doesn't want them to be bias. He wasn't satisfied with the outcome of a previous case.
PER REPORTER: There are no lights, water, or gas in the home. It have been off since Friday, January 19th. It's unknown why they're are. From the reporter's understanding, someone didn't pay them. The father pays $300.00 in child support every month. He said that should be enough to keep something on. The father doesn't believe mom work. She receieves a refund from her …show more content…
It's unknown if any one else provides assistance. Mom and April left the home to stay somewhere in Fayette. It's unknown where. The person they are staying with had a case before with CPS; their children were removed from the home. It's unknown when the utilities will be back on at mom's home. This may have happened before but the reporter isn't exactly sure. A while back, the water was off once. The reporter hasn't seen the child in 2 weeks. Mom's ex-husband provided him with the details in the report. He can verify everything. The father gets April every other weekend. She is always saying she only ate a sandwich all day. Mom is at the home and there is nothing in the refrigerator. She has said this on numerous occassions. It's unknown if the living conditions are better where she is at. If someone goes to the home in the middle of the month, they probably won't see food. If they are told someone is coming, they will have time to prepare and get everything straight. A pop up visit will catch a lot of things going on. In October or November of 2017, April said the mother pinched her lip and cut it. April showed the father.
