PER REPORTER: There are no lights, water, or gas in the home. It have been off since Friday, January 19th. It's unknown why they're are. From the reporter's understanding, someone didn't pay them. It's unknown if any one else provides assistance. Mom and April left the home to stay somewhere in Fayette. It's unknown where. The person they are staying with had a case before with CPS; their children were removed from the home. It's unknown when the utilities will be back on at mom's home. This may have happened before but the reporter isn't exactly sure. A while back, the water was off once. The reporter hasn't seen the child in 2 weeks. Mom's ex-husband provided him with the details in the report. He can verify everything. The father gets April every other weekend. She is always saying she only ate a sandwich all day. Mom is at the home and there is nothing in the refrigerator. She has said this on numerous occassions. It's unknown if the living conditions are better where she is at.
