The Life of Irene Hickson
You may wonder who is Irene Hickson? Well let me tell you all about her. Irene Hickson wasn’t as popular as some of the other players on her team but she was still good. After reading this you’ll probably feel like you knew the girl.
Irene Hickson was born in Chattanooga Tennessee 8/14/19. An all-around athlete, in the mid-1930s she pitched and caught for semi-professional softball teams. Hickson hit 25 home runs in 1939 and also formed part of several State Championship teams. Beside baseball she was also a girl boxer, and the only one in Chattanooga!
