This article focuses on how an order presented by one country will lead to impact on the other country and thus influences the relationship between two countries even to a broader international view. First, it is an executive order presented by the President of the United States, Donald Trump. Different presidents stand different political positions on one issue according to the specific time periods and his ideas of governing a country. Taking foreign issue as an instance, “during the Bush administration, the United states and Iraq signed a Strategic Framework Agreement, which calls for close diplomatic, economic and security ties and is still in effect.” However, the current administration violates the agreement and executes a totally opposite order to Iraq. Nevertheless, the whole country will follow the administrative policy once it is enacted. In addition, immigration policy is a national policy for foreign residents moved to the country, but especially for those that intend to work and stay in the country. First, the most direct effect created by the immigration order is that it will greatly interrupt the flow of people who work or study in American or with Americans. Once the policy is carried out by the government officially, these people will be blocked out of America for at least 120 days. Therefore, their work and study schedule will be interrupted, which will incur loss of profit for businessman for instance. It is also a big problem for Iraqi pilots who are going to America for training if the immigration order is applied strictly. In addition, the immigration order will let people in Iraq feel that the U.S does not look forward a long-turn relationship with them. Based on the religious and racial conflicts Muslin has with some Western countries, this order will lead some Islamic States to recruit new volunteers by exploiting the order and recalling the racial conflicts during its process of propaganda. Even it could generate some excessive actions or radical opinions based on people’s displeasures. Therefore, a hidden threat will be generating.
