Key success factors may include particular strategy elements, product attributes, resources, competitive capabilities, or intangible assets. Amongst the Key Success Factors in the iPhone, the industry includes expertise in computer and information technology, product innovation capabilities, low-cost production design and engineering, a strong network of retailers. Like most other competitors in this industry, Apple's KSFs though slightly different should be on par with the ones as mentioned above. The iPhone consists of a revolutionary mobile phone, an excellent internet communication device and a widescreen iPod controlled by touch.
With the recession having come to an end and economy gradually picking up the pace, hopefully, buyer demands would increase. Besides, the mobile phone industry would continue to move towards its expected growth rate of 5-6 percent to reach $354 billion though maybe not in 2012 sometimes shortly. Even with

The Apple business strategy was effective for the iPhone. Brand differentiation as a business strategy has played a significant role in the success of the Apple iPhone. After the first sale of the iPhones that saw 6 million Apple iPhones sold, the company improved some of the features it possessed. For instance, the iPhone next production consisted of a slimmer, more intelligent, faster and iPhones offering new form factors. The upgrading strategy where the company upgrades the iPhone features every 12 months has played a significant role in keeping it relevant to the market
