Let me tell you a story about a girl. The girl wants an Iphone 7 Plus, and the girl says that she will try to pay the monthly and will be responsible. And she will take care of her family dog. She will do all of her laundry and she will be nice to her parents and she will be nice to her brothers too. The girl will pay for her cases and will be very responsible. The girl's name is Sadie Knight. Sadie will try not to complain about stuff and will be very grateful for the Iphone 7 plus and will not complain when her parents take the phone away. In fifth grade everybody wants a phone, especially Sadie. A fifth grader should have a phone because they are safer, they can talk to friends, and they can look up information.
This is something that you need to consider: Safety concerns. When fifth graders need to contact their parents, if they don't have a phone and if they need to reach their parents in an emergency, it creates a safety issue. She will not go on social media , She will not do something that her parents do not approve of, and she will pay attention in school too.
