Why stakeholders are important
Involving stakeholders establish lines of communication between the organization and its various stakeholders while maintaining a productive relationship. Stakeholders are part of the boards’ members and can object to ideas not applicable to them or to the company. Involving stakeholders reduces potential issues, or changes in communication by expanding your business. For that it is important for non- profit organizations to find ways and means of engaging with their stakeholders.
What do we mean by stakeholders and their interests?
