Not all but some teachers teach just because they need the job and other teachers teach because they love it and seeing their students do well makes them happy. I had one teacher and her name was Ms. Banks and she taught history. She is probably one of the only teachers I met that makes sure every student passes her class and she’s rarely had any students fail unless they chose to. She makes sure that everyone understands what she is talking about and she makes the study guides almost the exact same as she made the test so that her students could do well on the test. Not only did she care about making sure each student passed she cared about what was going on their lives. If you needed anything she would help as much as she could and if you weren’t doing well she would make it appoint to personally talk to parents so she could find out what was going on and making sure everything was okay. Coming out of her class I felt more confidence in myself that I could succeed and that I was actually smarter than I thought. Teachers like that are a blessing because in most cases students that have teachers like that are more likely to do better with their education because they know that someone cares about them and is taking the time to put in the work to help them. I often see students that do not make the effort when the teacher is trying everything in their power to help them to succeed which becomes another issue. If someone whether it be a teacher, a parent, a friend, etc. is trying to help you better yourself you have to be willing to help
