There is a movie called Fruitvale station which is based on a real story about Oscar Grant. It talks about how Oscar got discriminated by white people in work and daily life. At the new year’s eve night, he gets arrested at first because of racial profiling, because he is black. He tries to resist and tells the cop that he is innocent, but he gets shot and died after few hours. The whole case obviously tells us that police officers would make decision by racial profiling with stereotype. Blacks would at least be arrested under the social stereotype, to resist or defy would only get killed. There is also an another case about police took action to a black with racial profiling. The victim of the following case is Frank Jude Jr. who was born in Wisconsin and a biracial. On 23 Oct 2014, he joint a party and performed as a stripper with his black friend Lovell Harris. After that, Kirsten Antonissen and Katie Brown invited them to another party which was hosted by police officer Andrew Spengler on the next day. Before the party started, Jude and Harris had felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. In the meantime, Spengler reported to all that his wallet and police badge were missing. Therefore, about 10 men ran outside to catch Jude and his friends 4 people back. Some of 10 men were off-duty police officers, they punched and kicked Jude during the confrontation, and also intimidated him “Nigger, we can kill you.”. Those actions and words the police officers used were definitely showing the bias to biracial or black people. Their stands were not neutral because of racial profiling. Jude and his friends were suffering from the unfairness
