My name is Adesola Bilesanmi. I was recently accused on May 16. 2017 that I had Plagiarized and excerpt of my paper for Dr. Ratnabalasuriar. Though I disagree with this accusation and the decision I recognize that this was an act of plagiarism. I did not believe at the time that what I was doing was wrong and at the moment, I should have taken time to rectify my mistake. I believe the only failing was in my ethical judgment and all I can do is apologize. First, I wish to first apologize to that I did not properly cite the article, though I did not use the article for Dr. Ratnabalasuriar paper.
