I realize that both invasive terrestrial and aquatic species are very dangerous. So I decided to sample and try to look for sign in the ecosystem in which they presume. I took my studies all the way from the Cobleskill region to Olcott on the coast of Lake Ontario. During the terrestrialportion I decided to study the oak trees found around cobleskill and richmondville area. I surveyed trees within SUNY Cobleskill, but most of my terrestrial research took place on route 10 looking for sign of the Emerald ash borer among the ash tress, but not any old ash.
