An invasive species is an organism that is not native and has negative effects on an economy, environment and health of an individual. Moreover, an invasive species can be a plant, animal or other organisms that might create negative impacts to the society. Furthermore, the definition can further be enumerated as a species that is non-native to the ecosystem under consideration and whose introduction creates results that are inefficient to those surrounding it. The impacts that are often created by the presence of an invasive species are often difficult to reverse (Keller et al., 2014, 12-15). Also, the impacts of native species can also be appropriate depending on the environment being affected. Based on the fact that an invasive system causes negative results, the intention of the document is to enumerate to the reader the dangers that are likely to be created by the invasive species. The implication here is that the paper bases on the negative side of the invasive species more as compared to the positive side.
From the definition, an invasive species comes in different forms, and hence, the paper will clarify the types of dangers based on the type of an invasive species so as to enable the reader understand the dangers of the species from a personal pint of view.
