The wrist is what they're leaning on recently for the patience's preference.If they make a incision in the groin you cannot move that area for many hours but with the wrist its easier to function not using your wrist for only a couple of hours. You'd insert the wire/catheter and then in your vein you go through the blood vessels to the heart. The cardiologist we talked to said they can do it to any blood vessels in the body to unblock a clot.
