The biggest problem with this article would be the lack of valid resources and evidence. Of the three-people interviewed by Glass and Knight, only two of them were financially invested with the da Vinci robot. Rosa was the primary witness in this article, and actually a Senior Vice President of the Intuitive Surgical, which is the company that makes the robot. For these writers to allow this article to rely so heavily on somebody that has a clear financial interest in the successfulness of the da Vinci robot is inappropriate. This should also be noted that Glass and Knight should never have stated that Rosa is the Senior Vice President of Intuitive Surgical in this article.
