The goal of the Organizational Leadership program prepares me to become not just a learner, but to become a leader one day (Bethel University, 2014). The video, Introduction to Adult Learning, provides many tips that will equip any student, though directed for the adult students, with methods to obtain good writing skills. One tip most useful would be to “give your writing time to stew” (Bethel University, 2014). I made my children listen to the Unit 2 Attend with me so they could understand what I’m going through returning to college. I also wanted them to understand that writing skills are very important to learn. I plan on utilizing every source available to me to help with my writing skills. I will google words that I may not know the meaning
