In addition, needs of satisfaction and motivation to work are very essential in the lives of teachers as they are the fundamentals reason for working in life. The level of job satisfaction is affected by intrinsic and extrinsic factors where intrinsic factors determined by a person’s motivation which impact them in their work situation. Goal setting theory assumes the outcome is link to the effort in making a job more satisfying towards achieving goals.
