I, Security Officer Travis Young #140, do report the following that occurred on April 4th 2018.

At approximately 2332 I was dispatched to 901 7th Avenue to check on a "suspicious person" who was possibly sleeping next to the 901 entrance door. I arrived at 2334 and observed a female (now known to me as April Wilkinson) with brunette hair, a flannel jacket, black leggings, and tennis shoes sitting up against the glass entrance doors in the corner.

I walked up to Wilkinson and identified myself and asked if she was okay, I received no verbal response. Wilkinson was coherent but appeared to possibly be under the influence of an intoxicating substance. I asked Wilkinson several times if she was okay and did not receive a response until I asked
