I just finished interviewing Watler. I think he is great candidate.

Here is a list of what I think of him:

- I think he will a great team player at the tech lounge in New York. He knows how to give feedbacks to another teammate if they made mistake.
-He has great customer skills and tech experiences from Apple. He worked there for 7 years and position at Apple is similar to the tech lounge role here.
- He also knows how to prioritize different situations when the tech lounge is impacted with walk-up user.
- He is highly motivated to help people. He is very personable and very social.

I think he will fit in the Linkedin culture very well and he is someone that we are looking for at the tech lounge. He is has my approval to advance for
