Anolber Escalante is a 47 years old BS in Sales Management and entrepreneur who has been working in diverse industries throughout his career. He started his career 28 years ago when he founded Corporacion Gigabyte, his first technology business in his home country Venezuela, which was challenging in the beginning because of his young age and experience. However, with discipline, constancy, and hard work he built a solid corporation that is recognized as the largest in the state. Due to the political situation in his home country, he moved to the United States where, as a successful entrepreneur, he began to do research to see where to invest the money of so many years of work. Two years ago he saw an opportunity in the food industry with a big corporation and he developed his first restaurant here in Central Florida. As he said, the beginning was hard because of the fact of being in a new country, with a new language, and new people.
