She always stays calm and takes one step at a time. She was dealing with a very upsetting customer one day, which was a customer that won the PromGirl’s sweep stakes and long story short, the winner did not receive everything as promised, so Chelsea handled the problem and in the end gave the winner an extra prize to apologize for the inconvenience PromGirl caused. Hearing this story in detail really made me realize how important it is the keep the customers happy because they are a huge ascent to the business and they are your outside mediators for the business.
