Summary: My Interview With Promgirl

I thought this assignment was very interesting and I had learned a lot from it. I intern at a company named PromGirl, located in Time Square. For this interview assignment I decided to interview my sponsor from PromGirl. Her name is Chelsea McArdle. She is titled as the marketing assistant at this company. Everyday I intern I learn so much about the field of marketing, which is great because it is the field I see myself in, in the future. Therefore, that is why I chose to interview Chelsea through this assignment. She is very knowledgeable in this field of business and working for her is a great experience. She always stays calm and takes one step at a time. She was dealing with a very upsetting customer one day, which was a customer that won the PromGirl’s sweep stakes and long story short, the winner did not receive everything as promised, so Chelsea handled the problem and in the end gave the winner an extra prize to apologize for the inconvenience PromGirl caused. Hearing this story in detail really made me realize how important it is the keep the customers happy because they are a huge ascent to the business and they are your outside mediators for the business. Chelsea was a great person to pick for this interview because she is very knowledgeable in the field she works in and had no problem going into depth with the interview questions I asked her. During the interview I learned, how she controls time management throughout her day, how she settles conflict, and how she motivates others and goes above and beyond the call of duty when necessary. I will apply the things I learned through this interview process to my future job and
