Per the week 4 lecture, the five elements to consider when determining if my intervention plan is appropriate to my health promotion problem and patient population are access, cost, time, culture and education. I will see if the patient has access to the care they need, at what cost and who’s expense. Also, determine location and the distance with the consideration of their education level and provide information based on their understanding and their cultural preferences and values.
