Intership Challenges

I believe that there will challenging would be working with directors who are confrontational or upset that the facility is under investigation. Other challenge is see people who abuse child or older people who can protect themselves. Although, these are some challenges in the working with position the appeal for me because that I works to protect the health and safety of children in daycare, as well as foster care and other types of 24-hour care.
My education has helps me understand how to show respect and integrity to every person that I work with.
