Many people are not accepting of interracial children because they think they’re creating half-breed people. Families threaten to withdraw love, approval, and assistance more with white daughters than any other group, although Asian American parents can also be very unmoving in their opposition to interracial marriage (Root). Many families of different of cultures and races are not really expecting to interracial children because they didn’t expect the marriage of their parents. Many cultures think that a mixed child brings dishonor to the family and the name. For example, Janelle she married a Latino American guy named Juan she didn’t expect that her child would be hated by the people that are supposed to protect and love their child. “Several people expressed the desire for more contact with relatives of an absent parent, so that they could understand the culture of the parent by which they were physically marked but from whom they were psychologically estranged (Root). If the relatives stop and realize that it 's not the child felt that they don’t agree with their marriage but they should put their issues aside and show love to the child and teach them about their heritage and
