It is known that the interpersonal networking is a vital part of leadership skills which leads to better performance, better problem-solving and better success.
During my working years as I software developer, it has been giving me a chance to build strong relationships within and outside of organizations and expand my networking with people from different organizations, different sectors as well as different countries. When working on development of software systems, it is important to contact customers and end users frequently in order to clear and examine the requirements, work closely with team members to accomplish the task at time. This enables me to expand my networking using my profession. Since 2007, I have been working also as a freelancer
