Basically, the process on how we interact with someone and how one behaves. In Rosewood Season 1 episode 1 Detective Ville and Dr. Rosewood meets each other for the first time. They have difficulties seeing eye to eye, because they do not know each other. They are having trouble with their communication competence. Their ability to communicate with one another become difficult. Detective Ville failed in every way trying to convince Dr. Rosewood that she did not need his help in trying to solve homicide cases, his response to her is pushing himself on to cases in every way possible. In one of the episodes of Rosewood Detective Ville used deception to mislead Dr. Rosewood to make him believe that her new partner Detective Rust is really her partner. Deception is knowingly and intentionally transmitting information to a hearer. Detective Ville Lied to Dr. Rosewood to protect him because she was under cover. She was in the process of getting Detective Rust, a former classmate from the academy, to admit that he killed his partner in the line of duty. Although we may see deception as a terrible thing it can also be a good thing to protect a
