In conclusion, one of the strategies for an organization to undertake in order to improve social skills of leaders in the organization and influence emotional intelligence positively is to upheaval its organization culture. This will build different leaders based on their personalities. Through this strategy, the organization's culture would be socialized (Batool, 2013).
