Do you want to improve your conflict resolution skills, or learn about how to have happier relationships? Any other thoughts on either the semester or about your communication competency? In response to these prompts, the goal have for taking this class essentially is to obtain as much knowledge and concepts that will improve my overall interpersonal communication skills. Some of theatrical and concepts I want to learn includes: evaluating and applying appropriate and effective interpersonal competence, apply appropriate perception checking skills, identifying variables contributing to interpersonal communication skills; improving verbal communication and other things of that nature.
The improvement of conflict resolution skills is vital for me professionally and personal. Taking to course will allow me to learn effective methods to manage with conflict in a positive and constructive manner, without tension. Thus, is important for me to improve my well-being as well as the ability to vigil to use appropriate methods to have a healthy relationship. All in all, I tend to train myself appropriately to learn and explore vast majority of information, concepts, etc in interpersonal

Given that I have taken an assessment that was similar, I had some knowledge of my strengths and weaknesses, which I am currently trying to improve in my every day interaction. Although, the results were helpful and gave me some inside scoop of awareness in the areas of interpersonal communication skills I want to develop.

The results were productive and a reminder of areas I need to improve. As I mentioned, there are various aspects of interpersonal communication skills that I have set for myself to develop for taking this class. A few goals are: improving conflict resolution skills to enhance into a healthier lifestyle. Verbal and nonverbal clues isstrenght my relationship others as well it provides a deep understanding of the significance it have on the world. I’m very inquisitive when it comes to in personal communication, which this taking to course is designed to help familiarize with the various systems that is effective for interpersonal communication, and to assess our own interpersonal prowess to steam our critical understanding of the communication, also to improve the interpersonal skill.
