Emotional Intelligence can be expressed in different fields and communication is a large part of family life. Keaten and Kelly (2008) points out family communication forms may also influence by the emotional intelligence skill. A great deal can be cooperated in a family who have high levels of communication direction and emotional intelligence, because of they share feelings, understandings, and thoughts with each other, also family members worth open share ideas and decision making. But in the low communication direction and emotional intelligence family, they involve in less conversation, do not believe that have communication very often is necessarily for family active as well as do not regularly share their emotions and experiences with other family member. I believe this is can effect to children who learn actives to their family member, as an example when I was little, I learn things by asking question and “copy” from others in the family, if my experiences can not be expressed or talked by my self, I probably will never know how to recognize or manage my emotions. The emotional intelligence got attention into the commercial world from 1990. Leadership, customer service and teamwork has focused by emotional intelligence, it has helped the staff improve themselves. Myers and Tucker (2005) also explain that the person who work well with others will be highly recommended and valued by Emotional Intelligence theory, because the company's mutual emotional intelligence would be improved by them. So that emotional intelligence can be affected to the company contribution. However I have never thought that commercial world would pay attention onto emotional intelligence. But, if I relate it to my experiences in retail or marketing industry, I would say it make sense. It can help me to construct a professional working background and outstanding customer service as well as the good relationships in the group.
