Through Internet research and usage of secondary sources, significant amounts of information can be gained and a general understanding of the topic is obtained. Hence, initially I began to investigation different Internet resources exploring the basic information regarding anxiety and its effects. Through this, I have been able to understand the topic more thoroughly and have gotten insights into different areas of the topic, which allowed me to understand the more in-depth information that was later explored.
