I have thought about your question and I am not sure if I have answered it completely or know the answer, but what I do know is this. Internet spaces such as twitter or Facebook are so popular that they seem like a public space, but in fact they are private and therefore are not covered under the constitution. Any comment left in these spaces may be subject to censorship, but does not violate any civil rights. If your post on Facebook is deleted, because it violates their policy or terms of use, it is not a violation of “free speech”.
