SUBJECT: Recommendation for the Intermediate Communication Signals Analysis Course for SPC James Wrick

1. Purpose for the memorandum is to identify SPC Wrick potential and aptitude to attend and graduate from the ICSAC immediately following graduation from the Communication Signals Collection Processing Course (CSCPC). Historical ICSAC utilization runs at 80 percent and leaves an opportunity to fill the remaining seats with top performing Soldiers.

2. SPC Wricks current GPA is at 92.97% and based on his past performance, he should graduate with a GPA of 93.26%. During the course he has done every well in all areas of the course with the exception of getting his units of measurements reversed during collection. This coasted him 16 points
