An honor is defined as both honesty and integrity in one’s beliefs as well as the privilege of being associated with a respected person, group, or organization. I desire to become a part of Interdisciplinary Honors at the University of Washington for an abundance of reasons. To begin, I believe that this program would provide me with the necessary tools to be successful during college and in the years afterwards. Through this opportunity, I would be able to expand my knowledge about nearby resources, create new relationships, and enhance my leadership skills.
