“Historically and today, physicians have exerted power over nurses” (Hood, 2014, p. 101). With the goal for movement to made in the realm of nurse-physician teamwork and cooperation it will be basic for a bound together meaning of coordinated effort to be resolved that the two nurses and physicians are pleasing to receiving as standard practice. Fruitful teamwork and coordinated effort happens when the interdisciplinary group works successfully with open correspondence, common regard, and shared basic leadership. Essential to effective patient results is the interdisciplinary coordinated effort amongst nurses and physicians.
