INTRODUCTION
Interdependency is an important aspect of looking towards achievements in a group, and people who work independently in groups to achieve a goal are very good at it. Interdependent people usually find people and connect with them through similar ideas and ideologies between each other by which they can work towards a common goal together. It is observed in certain situations such people even try to dominate over other people in the group.
6. Social loafing problem:
Individuals while working in a group have the tendency to not use their full potential in performing the tasks. It might be due to laziness or the person would be depending too much on the other members of the group.
7. Lack of proper management:
If the group is too big they might fail in managing everything properly. Management also fails when the members within the group fail to communicate to each other.
8. Inadequate allocation of work:
All the members in the group might not get equal work to do. Few members might have more work and few would have less. Most of the time work is allocated based on the favouritism of the member who leads the group.
CONCLUSION We each begin life as an infant, totally dependent on others. We are directed, nurtured and sustained by others. Without this, we would only live for a few hours or a few days at the most. Dependent people need others to get what they want. Independent people get what they want through their own efforts while interdependent people combine their own efforts with the efforts of others to achieve their greatest
