Henry County Medical Center operates under the leadership of a Chief Executive Officer, a Chief Financial Officer, and a Chief Nursing Officer. Each department is led by a Director who works closely with Administration, ensures the department goals are met. Supervisors within the departments typically manage the day-to-day operations including staff scheduling. Within Henry County Medical Center, the concepts of Interconnectedness and Interdependence can be easily observed throughout the organization.
