We start that debate by explaining that nature is a persons natural response to something that happens to them. On the other hand nurture is how a person might be brought up, or raised. I can agree that both nature and nurture can have something to do with how intelligent a given person may be, but you also have to understand that a person can add on and keep building to their intelligence. For example, it may not be nature to know how to build or put together a doll house or cooking a certain meal; but by gaining the knowledge of how to do that certain thing increases your intelligence even in the slightest.
Finally, I would like to discuss the topic of whether or not a person intelligence can become fixed or no longer increasing at a certain age. I personally believe that a persons brain would never limit the beholder to a fixed intelligence. The human brain is a marvelous thing and can obtain so much throughout our lives and I feel it would be almost a malfunction for us to stop growing at a certain age.
