One intellectual standard that I have experienced most recently is clarity. I have witness so many times sitting in a brief, and the Boss begins to throw out these acronyms that no one knows what he’s talking about, but himself. But as I look around the room I notice everyone has these perplexed looks on their faces, and at the same time nodding their heads in agreement. So without skipping a beat, I asked the question and watch in amazement as the facial expressions begin to lighten because they now understand what he’s talking about.
