It is my senior year of high school and this is the time where I have to soon be going off on my own. I am applying to college, applying to scholarships, making sure I keep my grades up, etc. I have a lot to handle and it seems I have always something new to tackle on. Therefore, what I found interesting and relevant to my current life is that my newfound learnings about health and stress can be related/ applied to my life. Although, others who viewed stress as not harmful, were less likely to do. I thought the video was very informational and informative to my current situation. I can now positively impact my health when I am experiencing stress by not thinking of stress as the enemy. If I no longer view stress as a bad thing, I will see results. If I view stress as something that is not harmful to my body, I will be tricking my body into thinking there is no harm to be afraid of. Ultimately, my health will be fine and my stress will not be harmful to my
