What does integrity mean? Let’s start with the root word integ. Integ means wholeness, or truthfulness. So, integrity must mean that you basically do the right thing. Why do I think integrity is the most important? Because truthfulness is very much appreciated, compared to courage and compassion.
I know most people look to themselves for signs of integrity, but everyday I look to my mom. Each day, she does things around the house that nobody asks her to. Often times, she works out problems, but not quite easily. Some people still take advantage of her, so she stands up for herself. For an example, one time my mom found out that at her work, some people were not treating her kindly, all because of she was a woman. Luckily, she told the bosses, and they agreed with her. Not only was my mother courageous, but she had a lot of integrity.
In the Thai commercial, one person, everyday, does the right thing. From helping an old woman, to donating a large amount of money to homeless people, he is showing integrity. Everyday people discourage him, and never reward him. He doesn’t care, and he merrily helps others. In the end, he does get the satisfaction of helping others. Although this does show compassion, it shows

During training, Cracker is untamed, wild, and vicious. She refuses to be trained or held, until Rick comes into her life. He comes from a well taught family, and it takes a lot to train Cracker. Rick and Cracker are stubborn, but they learn to train. They train every day, longer than anyone else. That shows integrity because no one asked them to train, even though everyone could see they weren’t the perfect pair. This book also shows integrity because even though going to war shows massive amounts of courage, they still have integrity to fight and stand up for
