What is Integrity? When integrity comes to mind the first thing I think of is no matter how big or small the situation, make sure it is commonly the correct decision for the entire group. If the decision you tend to make is honest and in the right direction, no one will ever doubt your integrity. Making sure the whole group is actively on the same page. Integrity will last a life time as you tend to make the correct decision even when no one is watching you, no matter what the possible outcome could be. (Anderson, 2012)

He is never ready for practice on time, showing up late or inactive throughout the first couple of drills. He has a tendency to think he does not have to work on anything at the end of practices and is the first one to leave the ice. Quickly he gets showered and empties his locker before the media can ask him certain questions. I will always determine what is best for the group whether I think it is the best decision or not. If the group majority thinks that it will work I will put my ego aside and agree with the idea because it is the best decision for the group at that time.
2. Whether I think it is a great idea or a terrible idea I will always be honest in the group as it will bring us closer if everyone is telling the truth and not holding ideas back. I will lead with honesty so that other group members will do the same.
3. I will continue to provide knowledge and look into research on the topic at hand even though I am not meeting with my group that specific day. Meaning I will not only do my work when with the group but also as I am away. Referring back to “doing the right thing even though nobody is watching me.”
4. I will lead throughout the program with positive thoughts and insights on all assignments and discussions in class. Providing good judgement and choices when the group depends on me.
5. When the group has hatred with one another I will be the one that will make the group work together and form a team of one. If the group has an argument I will give them a positive point of view to bring them back on track to finish the assignment as a team. Knowing that one individual cannot work as good as a whole team
