Integration of different management system within an organisations is about adding new practices to existing processes and revising health, safety, environmental and quality documents. There are common element to all the management system such as: documentation process, training, record keeping, audit and corrective action (Open University, 2015). These elements are relevant during the process of integration.

The key elements that have to be addressed in order to integrate all the separate management system are:

• Policies of the organisation. This policies are the structure to follow in any organisation, in this particular case the health and safety, environment and quality are relevant. It is necessary to integrate the quality and environment

b. Barriers

The barriers of the integration of all management system in a single one are factors within the organisation that make the process of the integration more difficult and longer (Open University, 2015). Important barriers are:

• Communication between the different teams in charge of the management of the different policies. The importance of a good communication is the key of the success of the integration.
• The Responsibilities of the teams within the new management system. All teams are tending to work in the same way that they have been working until the start of the integration process.
• The traditional way of working of management system. The difficult to change the culture and the philosophy of the teamworking is a challenge. For example, the motivation of the staff is necessary for a positive consensus between managers and employees.
• The bureaucracy tends to expose the organisation to risks. However, this is a common and a difficult problem inside of any organisation with lack of

Some of them could be agree and others could be against.

In conclusion, the human resource of the organisation is the main barrier of the integration of the management system. A good communication and teamworking is necessary for the success. In addition, an appropriate managers facilitated the process of integration.

c. Stakeholders.

The stakeholders of the integrated management system are diverse. They could be external and internal, for example:
• Customers. They are not include in the process of the integration, however, they will receive the benefits or effects of this implementation.
• Employees. It is important to highlight that some of the employees of the organisation will be share functions with peers of other department. This situation might lead to a difficult integration.
• Managers. They have to be an example for the rest of the staff during the process and after of the integration.
• The company itself. The internal transformation must refresh the motivation and alter the structure of the company.
• The nature and the environment. The entire member of the organisation are going to be more concern about the damage to the environment.
