As the supervisor of the Collection Account Resolution Service Unit C (CARS) of the Advisory, Analysis, and Services Bureau in the Accounts Receivable Management Division, I oversee the day to day operation of this Unit. The Unit provides technical support functions to the entire ARM Division. My responsibilities include; management responsibility, planning, directing, coordinating and organizing the day to day activities of my Unit. Utilizing various applications such as, Business Entity Tax System (BETS) Taxpayer Information System (TI), Taxpayer Folder, (TPF) Case Management (CM), and Integrated Nonfiler Compliance System (INC). Provide supervisory support, guidance, assistance, and direction to staff. Coordinate program activities
