MOTIVE- the main objective to study this unit is to understand the perform integrated change control process and to study in-depth the inputs, tools and techniques and outputs of this process. Moreover, what are the different activities involved during perform change control management process.

Work performance reports- it is basically the performance reports collected by different processes and is very helpful in analyzing and making the decision for the changes either approved or rejected.

3. Change requests- these are the change requests made during the execution phase and these changes are generally one that can cause the baselines (schedule, cost and scope baseline) to change. It is also very important to note that for these change requests the project team should provide all the necessary documents to the change control board as they have to analyze these while making decisions
.
4. Enterprise Environmental Factors- it contains of project management information system which include the set of softwares such a scheduling tool such as MS project, configuration management system and other online system such as WBS online tool.

Tools and Techniques- there tools and technique in this process are-

1. Expert Judgement- this technique plays a very important role in examining and analyzing the information provided by the project manager for the change request. In this case, expert judgement is very helpful in determining the disposition of change

Moreover, the activities that are involved in perform integrated change control process and the importance of the change control board(CCB). Apart from this the importance of meetings and expert judgment in this process and how the CCB makes use of meeting to review the change requests and making decisions. so I believe that now I have sufficient knowledge about the perform integrated change control process so I can make use of this information while working as a project
