I used the Intake Form as a process that helps me to know my client better as well as provide me a general idea of her objectives and expectations. This form helps me to collect the information needed to orientate Jane the best possible to resolve or manage her conflict. In order to get her confidence, I choose “a solid analytic approach and effective strategy for intervention” (Jones & Brinkert, p.31, 2008) to articulate my Comprehensive Conflict Coaching Model (CCCM). The format I chose collects standard information about my client such as her name and last name, her age, her heritage/place of birth, religious preferences, the level of her education, and some statements that will help me to define if conflict coaching is the desired and
