Insurgent Book Report

Insurgent is a book that is a part of the divergent trilogy. This book starts where divergent ends. Beatrice, her brother Caleb, Marcus, Peter, and her boyfriend Tobias aka Four are leaving their city after an attack on their city. When the train stops they jump off the train and head to the gates to go to Amity. Tobias puts in the code and the gates are unlocked. They go to amity and they are aloud to stay the night, but the next day they will find out whether or not they can stay. Later in the book Erudite comes to Amity to find Tris and Tobias. All the Abnegation and Tobias and Tris flee Amity to hid from Erudite. When they all got away the dauntless and abnegation went back to their own compounds. In the story Tobias finds out that his mother wasn't really dead she was just faction less. She faked her death so no one knew the truth about Marcus abusing her and Tobias. When Tris and Tobias got back they made all the dauntless members to search the compound and paintball all cameras in the compound, but It just ended with them having a huge paintball war. …show more content…
The attacks won't end until Tris leaves to go to the Erudite compound. One night Tris couldn't handle all the attacks that she leaves and goes to the Erudite compound. They locked her in a room so she couldn't leave. They took many tests to find out why she could do the things she could, but Tobias and Tris later in the story escape from Erudite's compound with the help of Peter who earlier betrayed them, but now is helping them. Closer to the end of the story Tobias reveals what Abnegation was trying to protect. A video telling the truth, that everyone was living in an experiment. Tris was taken away and put in a cell for going against her
